| On the ground floor we have a double room with en-suite
shower room. It’s light and spacious, with a very comfy bed,
an easy chair and an old church pew. There are two windows, one looking
out over the garden with the burn running through and the other looking
to the hills northward. The shower room has a shaver point and heated
towel rail.

The other two bedrooms are upstairs:
Our double room has a very comfy
bed and a small rocking chair. This cosy room with coombed ceiling,
has two windows with views of

The twin room is a light and airy room with an easy
chair and two windows giving views of the woodlands and the sea.

All bedrooms have tea and coffee making facilities and a radio/alarm
clock. On warm summer nights, with the windows open, you can listen
to the burbling rush of the burn on its way down to the sea.
The sitting room has two comfortable sofas and a rocking chair (usually
occupied by the two Siamese cats). There is a log burning stove, a
copious supply of books & games, TV with DVD and video, stereo
system and a piano (mostly in tune) to help your evening relaxation.
